I must say as an avid fisherman I am a little hesitant to go out on a limb for the newer higher end items, but with the customer respect and advice that I received from Jeff at “myfishinggoods.com ” I must say that I am completely and overly satisfied with the respect and cooperation that I received from him!! I am very happy with my recent purchases that I received through him and his company, must say a lil more successful with the fishing too!!
Now keep in mind the items I ordered were on back order for some time,(but I knew that going into the deal) and not one week went by that I was not informed of my status with him and the company they were dealing with, this was very comforting to me.
While waiting for the back order to come in, I discovered that he had a huge variety of products and ordered even more items that were the same as the BIG stores but a lil more ecconomical to me!
I would recommend everyone out there to give Jeff the chance to do business with you, you will not be disappointed with the customer service that you receive, or the products that he has to offer!!
If you think you need it, he will find a way to get it or at the least send you in the right direction should he not be able to get it!! He is very price competitive and is willing to deal with you to see that you are 100% satisfied. Like I said earlier, I seriously recommend that you give him the chance to earn your business and respect, as he has mine!!
